Join us for a refreshing guided sea swim in Saltdean on Sunday 28 June 2026. This supportive open water swimming session in Sussex explores the Saltdean buoy course, covering distances of up to 1.5km, with a full safety briefing before entering the sea.

During this coached sea swim in Saltdean, you’ll receive expert open water swim coaching focused on essential sea swimming skills including front crawl technique, breathing, sighting, sea confidence and efficient swimming in open water conditions. Our experienced coaches will help you improve your technique, build confidence in the sea, and develop the skills needed for safe and enjoyable sea swimming in Sussex.

Set along the beautiful Sussex coastline, this guided open water swim is ideal for swimmers looking to gain experience in the sea within a safe, friendly and supportive group environment. Whether you are new to sea swimming or looking to improve your open water swimming technique, this session is designed to help you progress and enjoy the benefits of swimming outdoors.

Participants should be comfortable swimming at least 200m continuously. This open water swimming session in Saltdean is perfect for swimmers wanting to improve confidence, refine front crawl technique, and experience the enjoyment of sea swimming on the Sussex coast.
